By using NovetusIndex, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

NovetusIndex is an unofficial, community-run service that:

  • Provides a master server address for Novetus
  • Displays a public server list
  • Offers optional tunneling utilities

NovetusIndex is not affiliated with or endorsed by Novetus.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use NovetusIndex to:

  • Host illegal content
  • Disrupt, attack, or abuse the service
  • Attempt to bypass security or access restricted systems
  • Mislead users (fake servers, impersonation, malicious redirects)
  • Use the service for malware distribution or network abuse

3. Server listings

  • Server listings are temporary
  • Servers are removed when shut down or deleted.
  • We reserve the right to remove servers that abuse the service, are disruptive, or violate these terms

4. Tunnel service

  • Tunnel tokens expire after 24 hours
  • A maximum number of active tokens may apply
  • You are responsible for how your server is hosted and accessed
  • We do not guarantee uptime, speed, or availability

5. No warranty

NovetusIndex is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all Novetus clients.

6. Limitation of liability

NovetusIndex and its maintainers are not responsible for downtime, data loss, network issues, abuse by third parties, or damages resulting from use of the service. Use the service at your own risk.

7. Changes to the service

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service, change limits or features, and update these terms when necessary. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to block access to the service for users or servers that violate these terms.
